2. Nature of the Service

Tow it to You provides A to B towing only.

We do not provide trailers. All boats and vehicles must already be on a roadworthy, legal trailer supplied by the Customer.

Services include:

  • Boat towing (boats under 25 feet, on owner’s trailer)
  • Classic car transport
  • Caravan towing
  • Caravan siting at holiday parks (levelling, positioning, connecting electrics if applicable, and key handover to reception)

We do not provide repairs, servicing, loading assistance, mechanical recovery, or lifting services.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once agreed and a deposit (if requested) is paid.
  • Full payment must be made before or on the day of transport, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payment may result in refusal to release the Vehicle.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must ensure:

  • The Vehicle and trailer are roadworthy and legal
  • Tyres, lights, wheel bearings, hitch, brakes, and electrics are in safe working order
  • Trailer electrics are compatible (7-pin or 13-pin)
  • The caravan, boat, or car is properly secured and safe for road travel
  • Boats must not exceed 7 meters in length & 2.55 meters in width
  • Caravan weight must be within legal towing limits
  • All personal contents are removed unless permanently fitted

Tow it to You may refuse to tow any Vehicle or trailer considered unsafe. In such cases, the job is cancelled and travel/time costs may still be charged.

5. Condition Reports

At collection, the Company may photograph and record the Vehicle’s visible condition.

The Customer agrees that:

  • Pre-existing damage is not the Company’s responsibility
  • Hidden defects or mechanical faults are not the Company’s responsibility

6. Access Issues

If access at collection or delivery is unsafe or unlawful, the Customer must arrange an alternative nearby location.

If nobody is available at delivery:

  • The Vehicle may be left with a park reception, dealership, storage facility, or safe, agreed-upon location
  • Responsibility transfers once delivered, and keys are handed over

7. Caravan Park Siting Service

Where caravan siting is requested:

Tow it to You will:

  • Position the caravan on the pitch
  • Level the caravan
  • Connect to site electrics (if accessible and safe)

Tow it to You is not responsible for:

  • Gas connection
  • Water/waste pipe setup
  • Internal systems
